Both Kevin and Linda are members of the Maryland State Bar Association and have been admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court.
Kevin K. Shipe, Esq.
Kevin was raised in Frederick County, Maryland, and received his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law in Virginia. His emphasis is on Bankruptcy, Family Law, Property Law and Business Law. He lives in the Urbana area with his wife and children.
Linda L. Bush, Esq.
Linda, a native of Alabama, received her law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. She began her career in law shortly before her husband retired from the U.S. Navy. Linda practices almost exclusively in the area of Family Law. Linda currently resides with her husband in Montgomery County with plans to relocate to Urbana in the near future.
